Do I need to be the original poster to launch?
No. Anyone can gild a post. The launcher pays the launch fee and optional dev buy; the creator fees are always auto-tipped to the Reddit account that authored the post — even if that is not you.
How do creators actually receive money?
Pump.fun pays creator fees to the wallet that created the token.
