How it works

Reddit finds the meme. GILDED pays the person who made it.

GILDED is a thin, honest layer between Reddit and Pump.fun. It does three things: verifies which post a token belongs to, creates the token from a treasury wallet so fees are controllable, and automatically tips those fees back to the original poster as Reddit Gold — no claim required.

  1. Step 1

    Paste a Reddit post

    Drop any reddit.com, redd.it or mobile share link. GILDED resolves it to the canonical post, fetches live data from Reddit and locks that post ID so nobody else can launch a duplicate. NSFW posts are rejected.

  2. Step 2

    Set the token & pay

    You choose the name, ticker, description and image. Connecting Phantom lets you sign a single SOL transfer to the GILDED treasury covering the launch fee and any dev buy you want bundled. We verify that transfer on-chain before doing anything else.

  3. Step 3

    GILDED creates it on Pump.fun

    Your image and metadata are pinned to IPFS through Pump.fun. The treasury wallet then submits the create transaction (plus dev buy) through PumpPortal’s Lightning API. Because the treasury is the on-chain creator, Pump.fun routes the token’s creator fees to GILDED, not to a random launcher wallet.

  4. Step 4

    The OP is auto-tipped in Reddit Gold

    As the token earns Pump.fun creator fees, GILDED automatically converts 80% of them to Reddit Gold and tips it straight to the account that authored the post — no claim step, no Reddit login and no Solana wallet required from the creator. The remaining 20% funds GILDED. Every auto-tip is logged publicly on the token page.

The economics

  • Launch fee: 0.05 SOL, paid by whoever gilds the post. Covers the Pump.fun create transaction, priority fees, IPFS pinning and platform costs.
  • Dev buy: optional, up to 2 SOL, executed inside the create transaction. Tokens bought are held by the treasury on behalf of the launcher — contact us to have them transferred to your wallet after launch.
  • Creator fees: Pump.fun pays a share of every trade to the token creator. Because the treasury is the creator, GILDED receives them and auto-tips 80% to the OP.
  • Auto-tips: the OP's 80% is converted to Reddit Gold and tipped to their Reddit account automatically — no login, no wallet and nothing to claim.
