1. What GILDED is
GILDED is a software interface that lets users pair a Solana token created on the Pump.fun protocol with a public Reddit post, and that automatically tips a share of protocol creator fees to the author of that post as Reddit Gold. GILDED is not a broker, exchange, investment adviser or custodian of user funds beyond the treasury operations described on the How it works page.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to interact with digital assets in your jurisdiction. You may not use GILDED if you are located in, or a resident of, a jurisdiction where such activity is prohibited.
3. Launching tokens
When you launch a token you pay a launch fee and any optional dev buy to the GILDED treasury. This payment is final. GILDED will use commercially reasonable efforts to create the token on Pump.fun through PumpPortal but does not guarantee execution, timing or price. If creation fails after payment, contact us with your transaction signature and we will retry or refund the launch fee.
4. Reddit content
Post data is fetched from public Reddit APIs. You must not launch tokens on posts that infringe intellectual property, contain sexual content involving minors, harassment, doxxing or content otherwise illegal. NSFW posts are automatically rejected. We may remove listings from the interface at our discretion; on-chain tokens cannot be deleted.
5. Creator fees
Eighty percent of Pump.fun creator fees accrued by a token are attributed to the Reddit account that authored the paired post, automatically converted to Reddit Gold and tipped to that account. No claim, login or wallet is required from the creator. Tip timing, conversion rates and minimums are at GILDED’s discretion. GILDED retains twenty percent. Attribution is by Reddit username at the time of launch; account deletion, suspension or renaming may prevent an auto-tip.
6. No investment advice; risk
Digital assets are extremely volatile and may lose all value. Nothing on GILDED is financial, legal or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions and for complying with applicable law, including tax obligations.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GILDED and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of funds, tokens or profits arising from use of the service, network failures, smart-contract behaviour, third-party APIs (Reddit, Pump.fun, PumpPortal, Solana RPC providers) or wallet software.
8. Changes
We may update these terms at any time by posting a new version here. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
